Castle View School is an 11 - 16 co-educational, comprehensive school, situated on the North of Canvey Island, overlooking Hadleigh downs.
The school is a non-selective comprehensive of 1011 pupils. The pupil numbers will increase by 60 per year until 2011 when the school relocates to new premises. Our reputation is based on consistent achievement in all areas of the curriculum and traditional values.
Videos of what happens around the school. Some of the videos record events at the school, and others have been made by the pupils.
This video was made in order to help the bidders for the new school get a better understanding of the school and its ethos. It portrays the views and feelings of pupils and staff about the school.
This is the online version of the school newspaper "Castle Connections" which is published towards the end of each half term. Castle Connections records what has been happening at the school since the last edition, with particular emphasis on pupils who achieve successes, both at the school and in their lives outside the school.
