Mrs T Nicholls – Deputy Headteacher: Behavior & Learning
Responsible for strategic oversight of attendance and parental engagement at Castle View School. Working with Zenith Multi Academy Trust as Director of Student Welfare with experience in disadvantage students’ progress, student welfare and attendance.
Mr L Thorne – Deputy Headteacher: Ethos & Culture
Responsible for the Castle View Community, specifically Student Leadership & Student Voice, Strategic Leadership of Behaviour for Learning and Rewards through Heads of Year, College (House) system.
Mr P Barry – Senior Assistant Headteacher: Achievement
Responsible for Tracking Student Progress, Assessment & Monitoring, Reporting to Parents, Progress & Achievement: intervention and impact, Strategic Leadership of Lead Practitioners and the Raising Standards Leaders.
Mr D Boughtwood – Assistant Headteacher: Additional Needs
Responsible for the Standards of Provision for all Students with Additional Needs, SENDCO, the Management of Alternative Provision and Children in Care. Other responsibilities include: Student / Parent / Staff Voice Surveys and Analysis and SEND Champion.
Miss R Hurrell- Assistant Headteacher: Learning & Teaching
My focus as Assistant Headteacher overseeing teaching and learning, is to ensure the school provides an enriched and vigorous learning experience for all students.
Miss D O’Neill – Assistant Headteacher: Standards & Welfare
Responsible for Barriers to Learning- tracking key groups and monitoring the impact of teaching and effective pastoral support.
