And, finally this will be achieved through the following 4 aims that is at the heart of our School Improvement Plan for the 2020-2023:

1. All pupils are safe, have high levels of well-being, and enjoy their learning as driven, rather than compliant, learners

2. All pupils make progress that is at least good and increasingly outstanding

3. All pupils are well prepared for their next steps and have genuine choices open to them      

4. All pupils are happy and successful individuals, are able to make positive contributions with their lives, and to be good and responsible citizens
