STUDENT LEADERSHIP AT CASTLE VIEW SCHOOL

The structure of Student Leadership at Castle View School is designed to develop and promote student role models that contribute to a culture of high aspirations. By acting as representatives for the student cohort the role of Student Leaders is to amplify student voice within the school and Trust, whilst also providing a channel of communication in the opposite direction.

By providing structured opportunities for students to engage with relevant topics through discussion and debate the school will actively promote the British Values of Democracy, Rule of Law, Individual Liberty and Respect & Tolerance. This, in turn, aims to ensure that Castle View Student’s are well equipped to contribute to our wider society.

 We believe a culture that takes notice of Students Voice and promotes opportunities for Students to speak in front of their peers in a formal setting is a key component of developing the Leaders of tomorrow.
